To setup a ringtone on E-tachi mobile you have to go to Menu > profiles > options > Add > Ring setting.

In this you can change your Sim1 ringtone, Sim2 ringtone as well as the Massage tone and other tones as per your choise.

For setting up a blacklist in E-tachi mobile phone, you have to go to Menu > EApps > Black list > Black list.

Here you can add list of numbers to block for incoming calls. 

After setting up the blacklist number list, you can manage the black list for different purpose like, you can block number only for incoming audio calls as well as for the incoming messages.

For this you have to go to Menu > EApps > Blacklist > Blacklist setting. For the audio call go to > Audio Call Interception & for the messages > Message Interception.

You can also enable reject unknown callers, its mean you cant receive call from those number which are not saved in your contact list.

For this you have to go to Menu > EApps >Blacklist > Reject unknown Callers.

1. Make Sure the new contacts are added in the correct way.
2. Try to reboot phone.
