Copy the contacts from the old phone to the SIM card > Insert the SIM card to the new phone > Copy the contacts from SIM card to the new phone.

If the contacts were copied to the SIM card or any third party before, it can be reset directly, otherwise, they cannot be reset.

  • Reboot the phone and check whether have recent calls.
  • Reset factory settings, but remember to back up the important files.
  • If the problem remains, visit local customer service center for further check.
  • Check whether SIM signal is in good condition, try other places with better network.
  • Make sure SIM account has enough balance, call local communication operator to verify if they have some policy to your account.

  • That may because of no signal ,try other places with better signal.
